In 2013 nike running led a paradigm shift, from people viewing running just as a form of exercise to a culture of community and exploration. With the next evolution of the Nike Free coming, we took it as an opportunity to challenge the community and started the movement - Run Free. Encouraging runners to get outside of their routines and inspire them to capture and share their runs and ultimately Run Free.

#RUNFREE CASE STUDY

We created a consumer journey that introduced a different theme each week that would seed the new idea of Running Free and would then inspire our community to join the movement. The campaign received great engagement with the hashtag being adopted by the community and led to highlighting user generated content on Nike’s owned channels each week.
